Pawan Kalyan’s Komaram Puli has been in the making for quite some time and yet, only 40% is complete. This is really disappointing news for Pawan’s fans, who were expecting the film to be released in April. At this rate, industry sources say that there is little chance for the film to hit theatres in April. Unfortunately, even Puli’s director S.J. Suryah is not sure when Pawan, who is busy with election work, will be available for shooting.
Puli had to overcome several obstacles since the beginning. S.J. Suryah met with a freak accident on the set of a Tamil film and had to rest for weeks, delaying Puli’s start. In December, Chiranjeevi named younger brother Pawan Kalyan head of 'Yuva Rajyam', the youth wing of his party 'Praja Rajyam'. So, Pawan is now more involved with party matters than films. It seems we have to wait till the elections are over to hear any affirmative news about Puli's release.
